Program Policies & Mandatory Guidelines

• I accept and understand that all fees are non-refundable, under all circumstances

• I accept and understand that uniform numbers are not guaranteed

• I accept and understand that a mouthguard must be worn at all times during practice and games

• I accept and understand that participants, including myself and my child, in Sanger Youth Football and Cheer functions may be included in photographs and/or videos taken by spectators, parents, coaches, staff members, and/or professional photographers.  I give Sanger Youth Football and Cheer the right to use those photos as well as my name, my child's name, and likeness in any manner without any compensation or consent.  I waive any right to inspect, approve, or own any of those images and/or written materials accompanied with those images.

• I accept and understand that all equipment issued to me must be returned to Sanger Youth Football and Cheer upon the conclusion of the season in order for my player to receive a trophy or I may be billed for the estimated cost of that equipment

• I have reviewed the Code of Conduct and I accept and understand the terms & conditions of the Code of Conduct.

• I agree to return all equipment issued in good condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear, or be subject to a $800.00 replacement fee and litigations fees if not returned. I understand that I am responsible for making any and all payments and that I can be referred to a Credit Collection Agency if I fail to return all equipment issued to me in good condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear.

• SYFC reserves the right to deny participation to any applicant at its sole discretion. By signing and presenting this application and all forms needed, I do agree for my child to participate in all sports activities or events sponsored by GODYFL and the SYFC. I also agree that the (GODYFL) teams and non- league teams, it's agents, directors, facilitators, employees, sponsors coaches, members, or staff shall not be held liable for any bodily injuries, dismemberment, or death of my child or any of my family members, arising from our participation of any event or competition held the GODYFL I further understand the high risk of injury that can occur from those activities in full contact tackle football whether known or unknown GODYFL I further understand the high risk of injury that can occur from those activities in full contact tackle football whether known or unknown, I assume all risks of participation including personal property damage, transportation to and from all activities and waive, absolve, and agree to hold harmless all above said organizations, and persons involved. This waiver shall apply to all persons or entities acting on my child's behalf.

• No one shall use the organization’s name or likeness unless granted specific permission to use from the Board of Directors

• All images, physical and digital, taken or created by the organization of players, coaches, or any other individuals associated with the organization while being involved or at an event affiliated with the organization or in a public place or a public activity will belong to the organization and you waive any and all rights to those images

• This is not recreation football and all playtime is up to the coaches discretion as is the roster and you realize that a player can be cut/removed at anytime for any reason by the Head Coach or the Board of Directors, no questions asked.

• By checking this box I agree to a full release of liability for Sanger Youth Football and Cheer and any partners affiliated with SYFC during any function or activity associated with Sanger Youth Football and Cheer. I understand that this means I waive my full rights to sue Sanger Youtu and any related partners for any reason
